Our office is located right next to St. Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in the Medical Arts Building, 999 N Curtis Road, Suite 505.

From I-84 (East or West): take the City Center Exit or the "Connector", I-184, into Boise. Next, take the Curtis Rd exit and turn right onto Curtis Rd. Turn right at the first stop-light into the St.Alphonsus complex. We are located at 999 N Curtis Rd, Suite 505. This is the building directly South of the main hospital entrance (left if you are facing the hospital). There is parking in front of the building or you may pull up near the entrance to the Emergency Room and use the Valet Parking for no charge.

From downtown Boise: take Front Street (which becomes I-184) heading toward I-84. Take the Curtis Road exit and turn left onto Curtis Road. Turn right at the second stop-light into the St.Alphonsus complex. We are located at 999 N Curtis Rd, Suite 505.
